Menlo Security - Securing the Remote Workforce
Common Sense Virtual Roundtable:

Securing the
Remote Workforce

Malaysia, August 5th, 2021, Successfully held

Menlo Security

Here’s what we discussed:

Dato’ Dr. Amir shared insights on the cyber threat landscape in Malaysia, including the government’s approaches to secure remote workforce.

When laptops are rarely in the same building as IT, browsers and plug-ins won’t be consistently maintained, updated, or patched. Detect-and-respond strategies that rely on backhauling all traffic to a central choke point in the data center aren’t practical with a remote workforce. How are enterprises creating policies that follow users to wherever they log in without slowing performance to a crawl? In this session, we discussed ways companies with expanded remote workforces are meeting these challenges with new policies and tech.
